Welcome to AstraMentalica.

Asia is the largest and most culturally diverse continent on Earth.

It cannot be represented by one religion, one philosophy, one image, or one historical story.

It includes East Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Western Asia, Siberia, island cultures, mountain civilizations, desert societies, ancient cities, modern megacities, and thousands of peoples and languages.

Many of humanity’s major philosophical, spiritual, medical, scientific, mathematical, and artistic traditions developed across Asia.

AstraMentalica approaches Asia as a universe of knowledge.

Possible areas of exploration include:

• Hindu, Buddhist, Jain, Sikh, Taoist, Confucian, Shinto, Islamic, and other traditions;
• yoga, meditation, breathwork, martial arts, and contemplative practice;
• Ayurveda, traditional Chinese medicine, Tibetan medicine, and other healing systems;
• philosophy, logic, mathematics, astronomy, and ancient scientific traditions;
• mythology, epics, folklore, sacred texts, and oral traditions;
• art, architecture, music, calligraphy, theatre, and literature;
• modern Asian science, technology, artificial intelligence, robotics, and education;
• the complexity of colonial history, modernization, identity, and global exchange.

AstraMentalica does not merge all Asian traditions into one spiritual system.

Each tradition has its own history, language, methods, and cultural context.

Connections may be explored, but differences must remain visible.
